| Shipping: | All orders are shipped F.O.B. Premco Machine Co. unless otherwise specified. Whenever possible, and unless otherwise requested, orders are shipped via UPS ground service, on a prepaid and add basis. When applicable, UPS C.O.D. charges will be added.
If we are unable to ship via UPS do to size, weight, or destination, we will ship via a commercial carrier. Generally, this will be on a pre-paid and add basis. |

| Special Packaging: | Orders requiring special packing or crating are subject to a nominal charge. |

|
| Returned or Defective: | In order to return merchandise, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Please furnish us with the invoice number, part numbers, and quantities you wish to return. Special order items will be handled on an individual basis. Custom items are not returnable.
Orders shipped in error by Premco Machine Co. are returnable at no charge. Premco Machine Co. assumes no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages arriving from defective parts or parts shipped in error. |

| Payment Method: | Open accounts are available to Commercial/Industrial trade in most situations. Simply fill out our credit application (available on Credit Application link) and e-mail, fax, or mail back. If for whatever reason an open account cannot be arranged, you may have your order shipped C.O.D. or use your MASTERCARD or VISA. |

| Satisfaction Guaranteed: | If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact Customer Service Department and we will "Do what it takes to make it right". |
